Q.How do I pay for it?
A:Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank, by credit card, western union.

Q.How to order?
A: 1. Choose your favorite item and confirm the order
2. we arrange Proforma Invoice for your confirm by email or fax
3. Please reply to confirm order PI by email or fax
4. Clients pay 50% as deposit by T/T, Western Union or other payments
( please do not forget to send us bank slip for checking)
5. We arrange producing goods
6. We taking photos after complete order for you checking goods
7. Clients arrange remains balance(if not satisfied, we will modify products until satisfied)
8. Arrange shipment

Q: Can i get a sample to check everything before placing orders?
A: It is always welcomed to have a sample to examine the quality and the workmanship of our product as long as you take care the sample and courier fee. The sample fee will return when an order is placed.

Q: When can I get it?
A: The delivery date is usually 7-12 working days after sample/order is confirmed. We are also willing to to meet customers' need if possible.

Q. What kind of guarantee you give?
A: Our inflatable products can be used for more than 24 months.
If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it.
Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable product.
